Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 6 tbsp oil, sunflower oil or similar
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 200 g cheese, grated Emmental
- 150 g diced ham
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a dough. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Form into tennis ball-sized rolls and bake at approximately 180-200°C for 20 minutes. The baking time and temperature will depend on your oven.
