Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 10 rolls
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200g salami
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated, e.g. Emmental
  • Spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the ham, salami, and mushrooms into small pieces. Mix in the cheese and cream, and season with spices (e.g., barbecue seasoning or just paprika, salt, and pepper). Cut the rolls in half and spread generously with the mixture. Bake for about 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven).
