Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 small baguette(s)
- 200 g cooked ham, diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 100 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Delicious finger food, can also be prepared in large quantities
Preheat oven to 180°C. Slice the baguette. Mix all the remaining ingredients and spread them on the bread slices. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes.
