Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 schnitzels, pork, chicken or turkey
- 60 g flour
- 3 jars of mushrooms, mixed mushrooms, champignons etc.
- 350 g cheese, Gouda (in a piece or already grated)
- 2 cups of sweet cream
- 1 tbsp Fondor
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, Chinese spice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Rub the schnitzels with salt, pepper, paprika, and Chinese seasoning, coat in flour, and place on a deep, greased baking sheet. Drain the mushrooms and scatter them over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Slice or grate the cheese and sprinkle over the meat. Whip the cream until stiff, season with 1 tablespoon each of Fondor and paprika, and layer evenly over the meat and mushrooms. Bake for another 30 minutes. Serve with rice, pasta, or fresh baguette and salad.
