First, preheat the oven to approximately 200°C. Then, roll out the puff pastry on the work surface. Salmon snails: Top with salmon strips to taste. Sprinkle basil, salt, and pepper over them. Roll up and cut out approximately 1 cm wide snails. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. For pizza snails, spread the dough with tomato paste and top with salami. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning and grated cheese. Roll up again and cut out the snails. Also place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Ham snails: Top with ham slices, sprinkle with finely chopped spring onion or onion, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Roll up the dough again, cut out the snails, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Then place the whole thing in the hot oven and bake for approximately 15-17 minutes. Tip: You can also top the dough with completely different toppings to suit your taste—just experiment.
