Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1,000 g minced beef
- 500 g lean smoked bacon
- 2 gr. can/n beans, white with soup vegetables
- 2 class can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
- 4 onions (vegetable onions)
- 2 tsp spice(s) (soup seasoning, see recipe)
- 1 pack of cream cheese spread
- 250 g cheese, grated
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup of cream
- basil
- savory
- oregano
- rosemary
- Garlic
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Brown the minced meat in hot oil, add the diced bacon and fry, season well with salt and pepper. Dice the onions and fry with them. Now add the beans and tomatoes, each with their liquid, along with the soup seasoning. Simmer for 30 minutes, then stir in the cream cheese and grated cheese. Mix the crème fraîche with the cream and stir in. Season to taste with the spices listed above and, if desired, with salt and pepper. Serve with hearty, fresh, toasted bread. Tip: If the mixture is too dry, add a little more stock. If you like, you can also add about 750g of diced potatoes after the onions and cook them with them.
