Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 passion fruit(s), each halved
- 1 large banana(s), ripe, sliced
- 250 ml milk, low-fat
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt, low-fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place the passion fruit cores into a blender, add the banana, milk, and yogurt, and pulse until the drink is smooth and the seeds are finely ground. Don’t overprocess, or the liquid will become too foamy; if you like, you can thin it with more milk.
