Passion fruit cream cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 2 cups of cream (200 g each)
  • some sugar as needed
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 can peach(s), finely chopped
  • 2 packs of no-cook vanilla sauce powder
  • ¼ liter passion fruit juice or other good fruit juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Bake a cake base with the butter, sugar, flour, eggs, and baking powder (175°C top/bottom heat, approx. 25-30 minutes) or buy a ready-made one. Whip the cream and a little sugar with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form. Mix in the finely chopped peaches and spread everything over the base. Mix the passion fruit juice or other fruit juice of your choice with the vanilla sauce powder and spread it over the mixture. Chill the cake for a few hours. It’s delicious and refreshing.
