Pasta and butter vegetable casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 300 g vegetables (buttered vegetables), frozen
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 slice(s) cheese, (butter cheese)
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 300 g meat sausage, fresh
  • 1 jar mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

super delicious casserole

Cook the pasta in salted water. Boil the buttered vegetables in a splash of water until tender. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Place the pasta, buttered vegetables, drained mushrooms, and sausage in a casserole dish and mix. Heat the cream in a saucepan. Add three slices of cheese and 1 tablespoon of cream cheese to the pan and whisk until the cheese is melted. Pour the cheese sauce into the casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
