Cucumber soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • some margarine
  • 250 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tbsp instant chicken broth
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 150 g processed cheese
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the cucumber and sauté it with the margarine. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly and season with salt and pepper. Bring water to a boil, stir in the broth, and add the cucumber and minced meat. Add the curry and dill and season to taste. Finally, stir in the processed cheese and cream.
