Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 g peas, frozen
  • 100 g cheese, raclette
  • 100 g cheese, Gruyère
  • 100 g Parmesan
  • 100 g cheese (butter cheese)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

vegetarian casserole

First, cook the pasta, drain, and let cool slightly. Grate the cheese. Thaw the peas. Mix the eggs and cream, peel the garlic and add it to the mixture, chop the basil and add it to the mixture, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix the pasta, peas, and cheese, pour into a greased baking dish, and pour the egg-based cream over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes.
