Pasta and corn pot with tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g spirals
  • 200 ml water
  • 150 g corn kernels, cooked
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • some spiced ketchup
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions, drain, and set aside. Melt the margarine in the pot. Add the flour and whisk to combine. Slowly add the water, stirring constantly. Stir in ketchup, if desired, and season with salt and pepper. Add the corn and cooked pasta and heat everything together for another 5 minutes. Serve.
