Apple, strawberry, and coconut crumble

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g apples
  • 300 g strawberries, frozen
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 100 g margarine
  • 75 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Wash, core, and finely chop the apples, then place them in a baking dish along with the strawberries. For the crumble, combine the margarine with the flour. Then add the desiccated coconut and sugar and knead everything into crumbles. Cover the fruit with the crumbles. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, until the crumbles are golden brown. Let them cool briefly, then serve.
