Pasta and feta casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g penne
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 bag of cream
  • 450 ml tomato sauce, homemade or ready-made pasta sauce
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tbsp cheese, grated
  • Spice(s), as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for the microwave

Place uncooked pasta in a microwave bowl. Combine cream and seasoned tomato sauce or pasta sauce in a shaker and shake well, adding a little water if desired. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and sprinkle them over the pasta. Pour the sauce over the pasta (it’s important that all the pasta is covered). Microwave with the lid on for 25 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove and stir, sprinkle with grated cheese, and microwave with the lid on for the remaining 15 minutes. If desired, you can also add ham or salami to the feta.
