Pasta and Herb Salad
The perfect pasta and herb salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Greek pasta
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 g Pickled cucumber pickled. drained
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 bunch Fresh dill
- 300 g Cream yogurt
- 150 g Cherry tomatoes
- Pepper
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, then drain, drain briefly and mix with oil in a bowl.
- Cut the pickles into small pieces, pluck two thirds of the parsley and two thirds of the dill and chop finely.
- Mix the creamy yoghurt, 100 ml cucumber stock, herbs, cucumber with a little salt and pepper, mix the noodles with the dressing and let it steep for 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Pick off the remaining parsley and dill. If necessary, season the pasta salad and serve with the herbs and tomatoes.
