Pasta in Herb Sauce

The perfect pasta in herb sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Tagliatelle
  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 piece Zucchini
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 bunch Lemon balm
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 2 Eggs size M
  • 50 g Grated hard cheese
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Wash and quarter the tomatoes as well.
  3. Heat a pan with olive oil and lightly fry the zucchini. Now add the ham cubes and fry them briefly.
  4. Roughly chop the herbs. Put the eggs, sour cream and 100 ml of the pasta water in a tall container and puree finely with the cutting stick. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Now add 100 ml of the pasta water to the zucchini and diced ham in the pan. Now add the cherry tomatoes.
  6. Drain the pasta and add to the pan with the vegetables. Now add the herb sauce and mix with the pasta. Spread the grated cheese over the pasta and serve. Good Appetite
