Pasta and vegetable pan with salami

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g tagliatelle, cooked
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves, pickled in oil
  • 2 radishes
  • 30 g salami
  • 80 g cucumber(s)
  • Oil for frying
  • n. B. Salt and pepper, black, from the mill
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and fry the pasta over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, and radishes and fry for 5 minutes. Also finely chop the salami and cucumber, mix in, and fry briefly. Season to taste, arrange on a plate, garnish, and serve.
