Pasta Ascuita

  • 2 liter Water
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • Oil
  • 250 g Pasta
  • 2 piece Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 250 g Minced meat
  • 125 Milliliters Water
  • 70 g Tomato paste
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0,5 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 0,5 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Knife point Pepper
  • 1 Knife point Garlic powder
  • 125 Milliliters Cream
  • Fresh basil
  1. Bring the two liters of water with the tablespoon of salt and oil to a boil. Then add the noodles and cook.
  1. Peel and dice the onions. Heat the butter and fry the onions in it.
  1. Add the minced meat.
  1. Mix the water, tomato paste, salt, parprika powder, oregano, pepper and garlic powder and then stir in the minced meat. Simmer for ten minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  1. Stir in the cream and serve. Decorate with the basil.
