Pasta Ascuita
The perfect pasta ascuita recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 liter Water
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- Oil
- 250 g Pasta
- 2 piece Onions
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 250 g Minced meat
- 125 Milliliters Water
- 70 g Tomato paste
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Paprika powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Knife point Pepper
- 1 Knife point Garlic powder
- 125 Milliliters Cream
- Fresh basil
- Bring the two liters of water with the tablespoon of salt and oil to a boil. Then add the noodles and cook.
- Peel and dice the onions. Heat the butter and fry the onions in it.
- Add the minced meat.
- Mix the water, tomato paste, salt, parprika powder, oregano, pepper and garlic powder and then stir in the minced meat. Simmer for ten minutes. Stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the cream and serve. Decorate with the basil.
