Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g penne
  • salt water
  • 3 slices of smoked pork
  • 1 can of corn (approx. 200 g)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 200 g Cremefine for cooking or
  • cream
  • 100 g Cremefine for refining (Creme fraîche)
  • 150 g peas and carrots, frozen
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • Oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with smoked pork

Don’t cook the pasta all the way through in salted water, or it will become too soft. About 5-8 minutes is enough. Lightly pre-cook the vegetables in boiling salted water. Dice the smoked pork. Drain the corn. For the sauce, combine the crème fraîche, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Drain the pasta and vegetables, mix with the corn and smoked pork, and place in a lightly oiled baking dish. Pour the sauce over the pasta and scatter the cheese on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 40-45 minutes and serve.
