Quick recipe
Clean the white end of the leek and chop very finely. Peel and chop the onion and garlic very finely. Deseed and slice the chili pepper. If you have one, heat a wok (or use a non-stick pan) and add the leek, onion, garlic, and chili. Add the ginger, honey, ketchup, and chicken stock and mix well. Bring the sauce to a boil over low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with the sherry and use it to thicken the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and keep warm. Pat the minced meat dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Add the turkey strips and fry until golden brown. Stir the sauce into the meat and let it simmer for a few minutes. Fragrant rice or wild rice goes particularly well with this dish.
