Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (croissants)
  • 150 g ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • Salt
  • Parsley
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, then rinse with cold water. Cut the ham into small cubes. Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks, cream, cheese, and parsley and add to the ham cubes. Add the pasta and season to taste. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Transfer the casserole to a well-greased baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.
