Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 cauliflower
  • Chips (optional)
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic and onion salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

American Way

Brown the minced meat in a little oil, season generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion salt. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets and pre-cook in salted water for 5 minutes. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Place the cauliflower, broccoli, minced meat, and spaghetti in a baking dish and toss to combine. Mix the crème fraîche and milk together, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the ingredients in the dish. Place in the oven preheated to 200°C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chips, then grated cheese, and bake until crispy.
