Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 300 g cheese, grated
  • 1 pack of processed cheese slices
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g pasta
  • 200 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, brown the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato paste and mix. Add the cream and mix until the mixture has absorbed the cream. Place a layer of pasta in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add the browned minced meat to the baking dish and spread it out. Spread the remaining pasta over the minced meat and sprinkle with more grated cheese. Cover everything with slices of processed cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 20 minutes.
