Pasta bake with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g fusilli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can tuna in oil, drained
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 3 bell peppers, colored, cleaned and diced
  • ½ tube(s) tomato and pepper paste with basil
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml white wine
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs (basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme)
  • 100 g Emmental cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Sauté the onion and garlic in hot olive oil until translucent. Add the bell pepper and paprika-tomato paste and sauté. Add the tuna and sauté thoroughly. Add the milk, wine, and spices and cook to taste. Season to taste. Mix the tuna sauce with the drained pasta and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes.
