Pasta casserole with chili minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bottle of sauce (chili sauce)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Brown the ground beef, add the sour cream, and stir until dissolved. Then pour in the bottle of chili sauce and stir to combine. Add the chopped zucchini and cook for about 10 minutes. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and generously with the chili powder. Mix the pasta and ground beef mixture and pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes.
