Pasta casserole with minced beef

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 500 g tagliatelle, green (con spinaci)
  • 750 ml sauce, light
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 g cream cheese (Brunch Paprika & Pepper)
  • Cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

with green noodles

Sear the ground beef, season well with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika, and fry until browned and crumbly. Bring the white sauce to a boil in hot water, then add the cream cheese and let it melt. Add the brunch and bring back to a boil briefly. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions. Alternate the pasta, ground beef, and sauce in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. This can be prepared in advance and tastes just as good reheated the next day.
