Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 300 g minced meat, seasoned
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 80 g peas, frozen
- 50 ml wine, white, dry
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream, or similar
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- Frozen herbs (8 herbs)
- Garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the minced meat with the herbs, white wine, and garlic and let it marinate. Cook the pasta, mix it with the peas and tomatoes, and pour it into a casserole dish. Add the minced meat to the casserole. Whisk the eggs and sour cream together and pour over the casserole. Bake for 20 minutes at 220°C (425°F). Meanwhile, mix the Parmesan cheese with the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle it over the casserole after the first 20 minutes and top with butter. Bake for another 20 minutes. (Cover with aluminum foil at the end if necessary.)
