Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150g penne
- 300 g tomatoes
- 1 mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
light casserole for the summer months
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Grease a baking dish with a little butter. Add half of the pasta to the dish. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange them on top of the pasta in a shingle pattern. Season with salt and pepper and arrange the remaining pasta on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
