Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g Parmesan
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds if necessary. Then cut the zucchini into approximately 1 cm wide slices and fry in the heated butter until cooked through but still firm to the bite. Chop the garlic and fry briefly. Season with herb salt and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Cover and let it melt.
