Pasta Casserole with Quark and Sour Cream
The perfect pasta casserole with quark and sour cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Quark pouring
- 250 g Peas and carrots frozen
- 500 g Real noodles
- 1 size Butcher’S onion
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 200 g Sour cream
- 3 medium sized Free range eggs
- 3 medium sized Salt and pepper
- First of all, please cook the pasta (al dente). In the meantime, cut the black smoked meat into strips. Peel and finely chop the onions as well. Fry both together in a pan, then briefly add the frozen peas and carrots.
- When the noodles are cooked, please mix them well with the onions and smoked meat in a baking dish.
Quark pouring
- Mix the low-fat quark, sour cream, eggs and salt less pepper a little more. Then mix well with the pasta mixture. Preheat the oven to 180c, depending on the oven, until the pasta bake has turned a little golden brown.
