Pasta with Salmon and Sour Cream

The perfect pasta with salmon and sour cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • Salt pepper
  • 300 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Sour cream
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions until al dente.
  1. Squeeze half the lemon, cut the salmon into strips approx. 1 cm thick and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the salmon strips on both sides for about 2 minutes.
  1. Heat the sour cream in another pan, season with salt, pepper and the rest of the lemon juice.
  1. Drain and drain the pasta. Serve with the salmon and sauce on preheated plates.
