Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 250 g quark (low-fat curds)
- 125 g sour cream
- 100 g butter
- 90 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ lemon(s) (juice to taste)
- Breadcrumbs for the mold
- possibly raisins soaked in rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pre-cook the tagliatelle pasta until al dente and set aside. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff, and set aside. Combine the egg yolks with the curd cheese, sugar, sour cream, and lemon juice. Fold in the egg whites, then the pasta. Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour everything into the dish. If desired, you can also add rum-soaked raisins. Top with plenty of butter. Bake for 45 minutes at 150°C (300°F).
