Pasta Dome
The perfect pasta dome recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 200 g Tagliatelle
- 100 g Grated cheese
filling
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Ham cubes
- 5 Tomatoes pickled in oil
- 6 Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 small Zucchini
- 400 g Canned tomatoes chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 g Grated cheese

- Boil the pasta in salted water, quench and mix with the cheese.
- Grease a dome form or ovenproof form a little and add 2/3 of the pasta so that there is a hole in the middle for the filling.

- Peel the onion, cut into small cubes and fry briefly with the ham
- Drain the dried tomatoes on a kitchen towel and cut into small pieces, add to the ham mixture.
- Cut the zucchini in half into thin slices and quarter the tomatoes, add both to the pan and cook with them.
- Finally add the chopped tomatoes from the can and let everything simmer, season with salt and pepper and stir in the cheese.
- Now put the filling in the middle of the pasta mixture and cover with the rest of the pasta, put the lid or aluminum foil on top and put it in the 200 c. warm oven for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the lid and try to make sure everything is done, then take it out and let it rest for 10 minutes
- Tilt the dome onto a board or plate and let it rest for a moment, then cut it and enjoy
