  • 150 g Sugar
  • 150 g Margarine
  • 2 Eggs
  • 75 ml Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  1. First, mix the sugar, margarine, eggs and milk together thoroughly. Then stir in the flour and baking powder into the mixture.
  2. Switch on the oven and preheat it to 200 ° C.
  3. Now pour half of the dough into a second bowl and mix with 3-5 tablespoons of cocoa, depending on your taste. If the mass becomes too firm, simply add a small amount of milk.
  4. Depending on the muffin pan, grease it well with margarine or butter before filling. There are no limits to your imagination when filling the forms. Alternately pour the light and dark dough into the muffin pan, so you get a nice “zebra” pattern.
  5. The zebra muffins are baked at 200 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
