Pasta in a hearty, spicy sauce with salami

Bring the pasta water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Briefly fry the salami slices on both sides in olive oil and then cut into strips. The tomato should first be peeled and then cut into small pieces. To do this, score the tomato and simply place it briefly in the simmering pasta water; then it can be peeled very easily. Also dice the bell pepper, as well as the onion and garlic clove. Now sauté the onion and garlic, then add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Finally, add the bell pepper and tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the honey, cream cheese, paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper and milk and stir everything in well. Season everything with salt and pepper. The salami strips can be added to the sauce now or later scattered over the pasta for serving.
