Pasta Fantasia

The perfect pasta fantasia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 300 g Hard sausage
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Date tomatoes
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 100 g Sheep cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Chili powder
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried thyme
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Oil
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until cooked.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, dice and sauté in the oil until translucent, cut the spring onions into rings, dice the sausage and add everything with the diced ham to the onions and sauté.
  3. Stir in the pizza tomatoes, add the spices and herbs and let everything simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cut the sheep’s cheese into cubes, halve the tomatoes, add everything to the onion-sausage mixture, let it warm up briefly and serve sprinkled with the drained pasta and Parmesan cheese.
