Ingredients
- 6 Potato
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 Egg
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Peel and grate the carrots, potatoes and onion. Stir in the egg and flour to taste with the spices. Heat the oil in the pan and add small blobs of the grated dough and burr them on both sides.
- We had applesauce with it .............
- This amount is enough for about 6 buffers
