Pasta – Fish – Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, small
  • 150 g lettuce or Chinese cabbage
  • 200 g fish fillet(s), smoked, roughly shredded
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 1 small lemon(s), juice
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Dill for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A summer lunch or a light dinner

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse briefly in cold water, and let drain. Combine the lettuce or Chinese cabbage, pasta, and fish in a bowl. For the sauce, combine the yogurt with dill, lemon juice, and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the sauce over the salad, toss everything gently, and serve garnished with dill.
