Capo dei capi pasta
Sauté the diced onion in olive oil. Either squeeze the sausages out of their skins or slice them and fry them with the onions. Deglaze with red wine and let it evaporate. Season with chili, add the chopped broccoli to the mixture, season with salt, pour in 1/2 cup of broth, and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Add half a liter of hot broth, bring to a boil, add a little salt, and add the pasta (uncooked!). Cover and cook over low heat for a good 10 minutes (depending on how long the pasta takes to cook), stirring gently. The liquid should be almost evaporated by the end. Meanwhile, toast the breadcrumbs without fat and add them to the finished dish last. Cheese is NOT necessary for this pasta!
