Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Trim and wash the spring onions and slice into thin rings. Fry the ham in a pan until crispy. Add the spring onions and sauté. Whisk the eggs with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press directly into the egg and cream mixture. Drain the pasta, add it to the pan and spread it evenly. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the pasta, cover, and let it set over low heat for 20 minutes. Turn the pasta frittata out, let it cool, and cut into pieces.
