- 150 g tagliatelle or spaghetti
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp cheese (Emmental), grated
- some oil

if you have leftover pasta
Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add the pasta with the egg, grated cheese, and generously peppered flour, and flatten it into a round cake. Fry slowly on both sides over low heat until crispy. Tastiest fresh from the pan.
