Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 egg whites
- 4 tbsp water, lukewarm
- 150 g sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 80 g flour
- 80 g starch flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ lemon(s), juice and grated zest
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat egg whites with 4 tablespoons of water until stiff peaks form. Add the sugar and beat until glossy. Fold in the egg yolks. Sift over the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and carefully fold in. Mix the lemon juice and zest into the batter. Bake the waffles.
