Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g cornflakes
- 30 g sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crumble the cornflakes and let them soak in the milk for 5 minutes. Beat the egg whites. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, and sour cream into the cornflake mixture, then gently fold in the egg whites. Bake the waffles.
