Pasta: Gyógynövény Tészta
The perfect pasta: gyógynövény tészta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece White cabbage fresh, medium-sized
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 tablespoon Lard / fat
- 1 teaspoon Caraway powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 500 g Broad pasta
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- Remove the outer leaves from the herb, cut out the stalk and then cut finely. Peel and dice the onion.
- The lard – is important because it gives the dish its typical taste – melt in a large saucepan and add the onion cubes and the cabbage. Now fry the cabbage on a high flame while stirring until most of the liquid has evaporated and the cabbage begins to set at the bottom of the pot.
- Lower the temperature and roast the cabbage, stirring constantly. DO NOT add water !!!! The herb is ready when it starts to turn brown and tastes slightly sweet.
- Now it’s seasoning: caraway powder – important for better digestion – add pepper and salt and season to taste.
- Cook the pasta as usual in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain, DO NOT rinse, and mix with the herb.
- Arrange the cabbage noodles on warmed plates, pepper and garnish with a green leaf. Serve with a salad and bite into it !!!!
- This is a simple and inexpensive dish that may take some time, but is quite tasty and very popular with children.
