- 4 piece Beetroot Cake *
- 0,5 cups Cream
- 4 tablespoon Berries – here currants
- 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder
- Arrange the beetroot wafers – * to be found under Baking: Red beetroot chocolate cake – on a plate.
- Do not whip the cream very firm and spread a tablespoon on top of the cake. Put the berries – I had still frozen currants – on top of the cream and add a little cocoa powder to the whole thing.
- The contrast between the sweet cake and the sour berries is simply unbeatable. I had to refill twice.
