Pasta in Cheese Cream Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 500 gr Pasta
  • 100 g Grana Padano Parmesan
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 20 gr Butter
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Coarsely grate the Grana Padano
  • Put the cream and egg with the grated cheese in the bowl, season with plenty of nutmeg, pepper and a little salt, whisk briefly and season to taste
  • Dice ham
  • Melt the butter in a large saucepan, gently fry the ham in it, add the pasta from the previous day (or, if not available, the freshly cooked and drained pasta), mix everything well
  • While stirring, heat the pasta, turn off the stove, pour the cheese cream sauce over the pasta and stir two or three more times and you're done
