Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 6 sprigs of thyme
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 small egg(s)
  • 200 g potatoes
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Finely grate the Parmesan cheese. Pick the leaves from the washed and well-drained thyme sprigs. Whisk together the low-fat quark, egg, thyme, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Wash or peel the potatoes very thoroughly. Score them fan-shaped with a knife. Arrange the potatoes in a lightly oiled ovenproof dish. Spread the egg mixture over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes on the middle rack. Approx. 370 kcal per serving.
