Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 200 ml cream
- 200 g sour cream
- 150 g Parmesan
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook spaghetti al dente as usual. Dice the ham and fry in olive oil, add the diced onion and fry. Deglaze with cream and sour cream and continue to simmer. Then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and a crushed garlic clove.
