Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bunch chives (Saarland bunch, these are about 4 times as thick as in other federal states)
- 8 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 onion(s)
- 6 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp oil
- 125 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Saarland specialty
Wash the chives and cut them into approximately 1/2 cm long rolls. Dice or slice the hard-boiled eggs. Mix with the chives. Make a salad dressing with the remaining ingredients and add to the mixture. Mix well. Tastes delicious with fried potatoes.
