Pasta in tomato cream sauce with chicken breast fillet

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 liter tomato(s), pureed
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 600 g spaghetti or farfalle
  • oil
  • Spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Dice the meat, sear it all over in a pan, and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, bring the cream and passata to a boil in a saucepan. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and spices. Add the meat to the sauce and simmer briefly. When the pasta is al dente, drain well in a colander and then toss with the sauce. Mix well and serve immediately.
